Acts 2:2(NIV) 2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.

When you receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, one of the next steps is to get baptised in the Holy Spirit. The water baptism symbolizes the washing away of sins, but the baptism of the Holy Spirit gives you access to the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 19:4-7(NIV) 4 Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.” 5 On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6 When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied. 7 There were about twelve men in all.
